At the beginning of her career, Campbell noticed that big real estate companies weren’t providing enough training to their agents.

In 2004, she decided to open her own brokerage on Eldridge Parkway, right in the middle of the Energy Corridor. Her main goal? To teach a small team of Realtors how to become true industry professionals.
