Great news is that the team has also grown, welcoming three new realtors: April and Joshua Bohlin, a husband-and-wife duo, and seasoned agent Brittany Pitts.

This expansion aligns with Chris’ vision of annual team growth, targeting an increase to 36 members by the end of 2024.

Joshua, a current sergeant with the Ft Worth Police Department and an army veteran, brings a disciplined and committed approach to real estate. His dedication and active listening skills distinguish him in the field.

April is an experienced accounting manager who contributes a unique perspective to real estate, ensuring a seamless experience with her attention to detail and dedication to client needs.

A high achiever who boasts a remarkable track record, Brittany has earned the title of Rookie of the Year in 2020 at her previous brokerage. Her achievements continued with prestigious memberships in the President’s Club in 2021 and the exclusive Executive Club in 2022 & 2023.

Chris says the strategic partnership with Blok has allowed them to launch their brokerage in 2023 with essential tools in place. Blok handles non-core functions such as back office, contract to close, financials, and marketing, enabling them to focus on their expertise in selling houses.
